This product can be used in combination with the universal valve lockout system and clips easily onto the modular design of the device to enable the lockout of ball valves.

When used, these devices can be used to lockout 2, 3, 4 or 5 way ball valves into various positions, allowing you to maintain operational control.

This device is suitable for smaller ball valves.
