This industrial-grade lockout clips securely around a larger circuit breaker (up to 3 inches wide and 0.9 inches thick) to prevent it from being used during lockout tagout.

Constructed from high durability PVC with stainless steel screw, this lockout is impossible to remove once attached. For extra security, the lockout includes a circular ring with 10 holes, allowing up to 10 individual padlocks to be attached to the device. For maximum security, it is recommended that each team member adds their own padlock to the lockout and removes it directly themselves after work is completed.
