These disposable lockout tags measure 143 mm x 80 mm and are manufactured from hard paper. Ideal for indoor or outdoor isolations. Printed on both sides, each tag carries a standard "Danger this equipment has been locked out, Do not operate" message with a choice of 7 different reverse messages or blanks to suit various applications. Supplied in packs of 100 with ties.
